The Pub has two giant murals at either side, the mural on the gable end is a piece of public art by The London Police – Unit 44, Chinny Bond, Habiba Smiths and the Maltese Falcon (the Monk). Not only does the Ship Inn have a unique location, nestled in the heart of the Ouseburn Valley directly under the Byker Bridge, it also has a website and an App!
